Condolence: I had the pleasure of knowing Doris from my work at the Oak Harbor Police Department - through her many years of service to the Citizens On Patrol program. Doris was our "go to" person, always ready and willing to help out whenever and wherever she was needed. She was a good, kind and caring person, and she will be greatly missed. Godspeed, Doris.
