Frank was the first person to invite my husband and me to play golf at the Whidbey Golf Club. We live next door to Frank and Mary and they became dear and special friends. After the death of my husband, Frank continued to play golf with me and my sister-in-law and we entered several tournaments together. I will truly miss his smile, his humor and his genuine caring for others.
