Obituary for Jill Marie Schacht
Jill Marie (Allgire) Schacht, long time Oak Harbor resident passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, December 1, 2017. She was 67 years of age.
Jill was born in Oak Harbor, WA on March 18, 1950 to John and Myrtle Allgire. She was a 1968 graduate of Oak Harbor High School where she played in the band and was a part of the Madrigals, a talented group of vocalists from the high school choir. She married William "Bill" Schacht on September 14, 1975, and together they had two children, Sarah and Bill.
Until her retirement in 2016, Jill was the owner of The Casual House, a local women's apparel shop that was also owned by her parents.
