Hi Faith, Shane, and everyone else. It's Vicke in Iowa. I wanted to tell you how deeply sorry I am for the loss of Aunt Jackie. One of the kindest people I've known. When I think of her I remember her lemon pie, and how good it was. To this day I've never had better. Everything she cooked was wonderful . I remember my mom taking me to your house in California to have Jackie cut my hair really short. Mom said I could not manage my own hair, so off it went. I would cry all the way home, and on the interstate there was a drive-in movie that I could watch out the back window of the car. Somehow that made me feel better about my short hair. Jackie has been such a part of my life. Always there with a kind word when I was worried about something, had advice I will cherish forever. My dad, Dallas, and mom MaryLou both loved her so much. I miss her laugh and remember them all laughing together with Granny and Gramps. Take care of each other. Love - Vicke
