Neil Frederick Farler of Oak Harbor, WA. Passed away on May 26th, 2018. Neil was born on December 12, 1932 in Denver Colorado to parents Fred and Loretta Farler. He is oldest of thirteen children. Neil was a teacher in the Marysville, WA. school district from 1959 until his retirement in 1993. He had a passion for teaching and was well liked by his students. On his off time, he enjoyed fly fishing, square dancing, and spending time with his family.
Neil is survived by his wife of 63 years Janet, three sons, and a daughter.
