Rich was a truly wonderful man. I so enjoyed working with him when he was the Director and interim Asst. Supt. of HR in Fairfield Suisun Schools. He was a man of honor and always followed through on anything you shared with him. I was very sorry to see him leave the district. However, I was thrilled for him for becoming an Assistant Supt at Solano Community College. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his wife, Susan, and his family. I am so sorry for your loss.
