Condolence: Truly a loss of a great man. I worked for Sheriff Norton in the early 90's at the Island County Sheriff Office, he was always there for you. We shared many great lunches together and many laughs. We kept in touch over the years through e-mails and I could always expect to receive something of interest. When he moved back to Oak Harbor he would make a point to come into the Sheriff's Office to see me and we'd talk about old times and people who worked for him. The e-mails always continued. He will be missed and my heart goes out to all his family and friends. Rest in peace Sheriff Norton.
