Dear Judy and family, Working for Don was instrumental in all of my subsequent work. He was a great humanist and great boss as well as a great pathologist. We met in Alaska discussing literature and our shared love of written word was a lasting bond. One Christmas we each bought the same gift—a collection of Flannery O’Connor’s short stories.
