Obituary for Anecito A Ventolero

Anecito (Cito) Atunay Ventolero was the 4th child born to Mauricio Ventolero and Maria Balinton Atunay. He has two children (Elra III B. Ventolero and Aron IV B. Ventolero). He also has 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Cito graduated from Saint Dominic College with an associate degree in agriculture. He worked as a carpenter. He worked as such among others from the inception to completion of the Pacita Abad’s Fundacion. He also worked on various projects that needed his expertise, such as the Mt. Carmel Chapel, and the Tukon Chapel, among others after it was damaged heavily by typhoon.
Cito and his children immigrated to the USA in August 2019. Cito was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in January 2021. His prognosis was 2-3 years, 4 years at the most. He fought most valiantly but unfortunately, after a couple times of close calls, the third time he was not able to fight anymore.
Goodbye our dear brother. You shall be missed greatly! Go rest in peace knowing that you are loved and shall be remembered fondly. Don’t worry about your boys, they are being taken care of.
Cito was preceded in death by both parents, grandparents on both sides of the family, and numerous aunts and uncles.
Cito is survived by his 2 children, 6 brothers, 3 sisters, brothers-in-law and siters-in-law, 23 nephews and nieces, and 1 grandnephew.
