Obituary for Cleo Northrup

Cleo Paul Northrup passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023, Memorial Day, which is quite fitting for someone who served in the military for 22 years, in Oak Harbor, Washington. He was 79 years old. Cleo was born and raised in Lewiston, Idaho. He was the 5th child in a family of 6 boys. He spent most of his career life in the Navy, allowing him to travel all over the world including the Philippines where he met his wife Pacita. They were married for 48 years.

Cleo is survived by his wife Pacita Northrup, his brothers Henry Northrup and Jerry Northrup, his 3 kids – Kristina Dillman, Clayton Northrup, Cynthia Flowers and step son Jay Cadelinia. He was blessed with many grand-children and great grand-children. He lived in Oak Harbor, Washington with his wife Pacita in the last 20 years.

Cleo enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a loving and devoted husband; kind and deeply loyal to family and friends and was always willing to lend a helpful hand to anyone that needed help.

The Memorial Service for Cleo is June 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Oak harbor, Washington.
