Obituary for Dana W. Carson
Dana Wesley Carson, age 69, passed away on July 13, 2023 at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington. He was born to Roy and Connie (Rippy) Davis. Born in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
Dana was known to many as ”The old man” who loved the outdoors; including boating, and fishing. There wasn’t a person that he didn’t befriend, try to help or invite them to join at any location. He truly lived a life to the fullest, and did enjoy the littlest things in life. With him there was never a dull moment nor a story untold.
He has survived by his son, Jeremy Carson, and his daughter, Karla Sims. Four grandsons: Wesley, Desmon, Jae and Izzy. One granddaughter, Camelia Rose. Stepfather Vernon L. Davis. Longtime partner Nenita, and two stepchildren Joey and Jacob.
Those he will meet in heaven include his mother, Connie Rose Davis (Rippy), his father, Roy Carson, and Bernadette, Carson.
Celebration of life will be held July 29, 2023 at Wallin-Stucky, Funeral Home, and Oak Harbor, Washington from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
