Felix R Pangelinan
February 21, 1941 – September 26, 2019
Felix Pangelinan was born in Guam USA. He moved to the US mainland, and attended school in Boston, MA. He rendered services to California State Patrol and California Public Services for 31 years. During this time he married his wife Rose Zapanta-Pangelinan at Holy Innocents Catholic Church in Long beach California. They remained married for 41 years until his death. He retired in Washington. He is a resident of Oak Harbor for over 20 years and a parishioner of Saint Augustine Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife Rose, Daughter Josephine, Brother Artemio as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a public visitation for Felix on Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 4pm – 7pm at Wallin Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Augustine Catholic Church on Friday, October 4 at 10 am, with a reception to follow. Graveside services will be held after the reception at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
