Mike was born on December 9, 1949 in Montevideo, MN, and died on May 27, 2023 in Port Orchard, WA. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and spent the rest of his life involved in the Veterans of Foreign War. He worked in the
marine industry for many years.
He is survived by his wife Valerie of 45 years, their daughter Heather (Bryan); three grandchildren, Drake, Taryn and Alexis; two siblings Toni (Wayne) of Clarksville, TN; Craig (Geri) of El Paso, TX; and by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended close VFW family.
