Condolence From: Victor Shermer

Condolence: Neil was a big supporter of military personnel by donating blood to the Armed Services Blood Programs, Armed Services Blood Bank Center - Pacific Northwest from Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Bi-monthly the mobile team goes to NAS Whidbey Island to conduct blood drives at the Fleet Readiness Center Northwest. Neil was always first in line to donate. He had been donating with the center since November 2008. We will miss him and his humorous manner. Our deepest condolence to his family and friends.
