I first met Dur very soon after moving to Washington State in 1997. Transferring into a Spokane area Lions Club and starting attending meetings I soon learned Dur was a Lion to get to know. I always found him very gracious in discussions regarding Lionism. All of us in Multiple District 19 have lost a great mentor and community volunteer.
