Words cannot express my sorrow at the loss of this giant of a man. Tony Andoy was truly one of a kind...the brightest and most inspiring Navy man I have ever met. Without a doubt, Tony was the best hire I ever made. When he joined the TARP program, he became the Godfather to all of us. My sincerest sympathy to his family. I will miss you terribly Tony, but never forget you and all that you did for our Navy and our country. God Bless my friend.
