I had the distinct honor of working with then Capt. Bull while attached to ASN RE&S in the Pentagon, from 1985-1987. As a young Marine I was incredibly impressed with Adm Bull's leadership and concern for those he led. Truly an officer and a gentleman Adm Bull encouraged me to "Set my goals high, and "GO" for it". Truly inspirational counsel that I've always kept with me. He was a gift to the men and women who served under him and a hero for his lifetime of service to our nation. An amazing life to be emulated and remembered. May God richly bless his family and receive his soul into Gods Kingdom. I look forward to seeing him again one day.
